The most expensive option you have in developing your next demo is to hire a full-service advertising agency. Big agencies are used to big budgets and create demos accordingly as part of their usual operations. Big brands like to go their agency for the Flash demos because the staff has the creative capacity to produce a stunning demo and they already know a lot about the client's market and solution. Big agencies like to use video producers and entire camera crews. The quality shows but I'm not sure it's worth the cost.
